Eluned died tragically when she was struck by a car on her way home from an 18th birthday party.
Eluned's mum said she was a typical teenager who enjoyed life and had a wide circle of friends.
She had just finished her A levels at West Kirby Grammar School and had been due to start an art and
design course next month at West Cheshire College in Ellesmere Port.
'She was a lovely, lovely girl. Talented, beautiful, crazy and loveable. She was such a popular
girl with all her life ahead of her.'

Sorry, I Dnt know you but I have seen u lots of times out and about, I was 2 minutes away from the accident when it happened coming home from New Brighton, couldn't believe it the next day when I heard, My love goes out to your family, have a good time up there hun.

4 months and 17 days...
And I still cant forget. The phone call at 7:30am; my heart stopping beating; shaking your parents hands at the funeral and giving them my love. Nothing. It's all there. Coming up now and again through random triggers. The last time I saw you, standing in your living room wearing your dress, I remember it so vividly. I know I never got to know you very well, but I still feel so bad for you, your friends, Caz, Ann and Ed. Goodbye Eluned :(
